Not to old to have fun This was our second time there and already booked again for May 10 & 11th. We are planning on going every couple of months. It’s close to everything, you can park you can and leave it . You can walk downtown easily from the motel. Rooms are clean, love the jacuzzi tub in the room.

Awesome lodge on the Fall River Murphy’s River Lodge is overall a great place to stay. It’s very closely located to downtown but also just a short drive to RMNP. It’s walkable to shopping and food. We stayed in a lower king condo, and the deck walked right onto the Fall River, which was beautiful and we often left the window or slider open to listen to the sound of the water. There’s a king sized bed and a fold out futon. There’s a small dining table and two stools. The room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with a standard coffee pot, microwave, stove, toaster, and electric can opener. Also a full sized refrigerator. There are your usual standard kitchen items and cookware. We cooked dinner one night and had plenty of equipment to get the job done. The common areas are well kept and in good repair, you can tell they care deeply about the upkeep. There are tons of DVDs to choose from in the lobby as well as free popcorn. The staff were very kind and friendly, they were happy to answer questions or give information. The continental breakfast was about what you would expect- donuts, toast, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. The staff made sure it was stocked periodically throughout breakfast and it was clean and tasted fresh. We were very happy with our stay. I would say the only complaint is when you have two grown children and two adults in a room, it’s not at all comfortable for sitting and watching a movie or TV or just sitting around and chatting. The kids would sit on the futon and my husband and I sat on the dining table stools and it really wasn’t ideal for a two hour long movie, The Shining, we borrowed after our Stanley tour.

Paradise in Estes Beautiful room with a beautiful view. Very clean with plenty of towels and extra linens. Deck had a gorgeous view of the night sky with the sounds of the stream below. Super friendly staff! Close to the park and downtown. We will absolutely be back.

Another wonderful stay! Our 2nd time staying here. We visit from Florida so our son can enjoy snow, the cold weather activities, and this time it was for his 5th birthday. Clean!! So comfortable. We love the fire pit, the pool, and the staff is always great. We did the national park, sledding, the new bowling alley. He saw tons of elk and deer. We will definitely be back!

Great experience We arrived into town and was greeted with a text message alert saying our room was ready 2-3 hours early. It was a pleasant surprise and we were able to get into the room and get settled in way before we expected. Our room was very clean and the jetted tub was amazing. It truly felt like we were guests, Not just paying customers. All the staff was very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Favorite place to stay in Estes! This is without question the best place to stay in Estes Park! The most comfortable beds, so clean and full of charm! You cannot beat the location and ambiance inside and out at Murphy’s! I’ve been staying there for over 20 years and will absolutely be back!!!
